You might recognise one of the little faces in this shoot, little Isla. I photographed her here a while back. Well this time it was Isla and her 6 cousins I was going to photograph.

The original plan was to head out to Eglington Park again to get some natural shots of the children playing but the weather was pretty dodgy so we opted to get some shots indoors and head over to a nearby overgrown park to finish the shoot off. On first inspection the park looked the last place to take photographs of the children but it was exactly the kind of location I love. Overgrown bushes, paint faded brick walls which were crumbling. For me the decay of the park contrasts with the fun loving nature and vibrance of the children and I that’s why I seek locations like this as it’s something a little different.

Thankfully the rain held off long enough to get some nice shots. Thanks again to all who helped
