The weather this summer here in Scotland has been pretty terrible with almost constant rain. Almost amazingly however, the sun beat down on us for Innes & Katie’s big day. Somebody upstairs was definitely smiling down on the happy couple.

The day started in the excellent Keavil House Hotel in Dunfermline. Katie and her bridesmaids relaxed and enjoyed the preparations which is just the way it should be.

The ceremony was held indoors with the beautiful gardens as the backdrop. The room had been decorated by Katie and her friends and looked superb, with sunflowers being the main feature.

After the ceremony we managed to get outside for some bride and groom portraits and then it was back inside for the speeches. As usual they didn’t disappoint and it was a great end to the day.
