Kim & Robert | Wedding Photography Bathgate
Being a wedding photographer in Scotland you know you're going to encounter your fair share of rain during the year so when you get a nice sunny day it's always a bonus, especially when the couple you're photographing are as nice as Kim & Robert. The day started for me at Kim's parents' house for the bridal prep. There were plenty of laughs all morning and I think it's fair to say Kim got a bit of a slagging from her dad, although she did give back as good as she got :)
The service was at nearby St. Mary's Church which really is lovely inside with plenty of natural light coming in through the windows. Just like the morning there were loads of laughs during the ceremony and the priest made it feel a very personal affair. For the reception it was on to the Vu. The highlight of the evening for me was when Kim's dad gave her a dummy to wear during his speech and you can see just how Kim felt about that in one of the photos, brilliant :-D
